EDC has always been my go-to place for several years and through different career changes. They provided solutions and quality products through a corporate organization with multiple branches. When I was at a non profit, EDC continued to provide quality customer service and exceptional care. Now with a small business, I can count on EDC’s consistent quality and attention—regardless of the size or needs of customers. Their employee, Stacey W. is the most attentive, sharp, and kind liaison for a company I’ve probably ever met. She worked hard for large orders, volunteered for an event at the non profit, and has went from colleague in the business world to a friend I respect deeply. She’s a problem solver and EDC has been amazing all these years because of her!

EDC has the items I want in the colors I want when I want them. Creating a sample proof right on the product page is great! I consistently find the large national chain is sold out of the colors I want for popular promotional items. My EDC customer support person responds quickly and offers guidance when I have questions or concerns. I keep coming back for quality merchandise and quality service!

We have used EDC at Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper for many years! They are fast and efficient and produce a great product. Our business cards and envelopes always look spectacular! They are quick to respond to e-mails and phone calls and are always friendly and ready to help! Making last minute changes or fulfilling last minute orders is never a problem for EDC! My custom shirts came out perfect! Terra was very helpful and new exactly what questions to ask to insure I got exactly what I wanted. She responded fast and professionally. They didn't place my order until we had agreed on all aspects of the design as to make sure i received the shirts fast. It was over all a pleasant experience. Thanks alot Terra.
