Recently moved here from out of state. We had been to a different office 3 times trying to get our vehicles registered and had a horrendous experience each time. Several people recommended we go to Excelsior Springs instead, THANK GOODNESS! Molly helped me, she was so courteous and explained the Missouri regulations with ease. While waiting, I noticed every employee had a smile and greeted each person with kindness.

Taleaha at the South Glenstone office was very polite and respect. She was pretty knowledgeable about the things I didn't understand. She welcomed me to come back and see her if things didn't turn out the way they should in Jefferson City. She made my experience at the DMV a pleasant one. We need more people like her working in the DMV offices around Springfield.

Man, these folks are customer service oriented and go above and beyond. They treat people like people, not like problems. I drive past several license bureaus to use this one...well worth the drive. Timber smiled and was gracious the entire time she did a great job for me. Thanks.

It was a lengthy process but the long wait was over when they called my number 96 Driver. I then was happily greeted by Malenda on Monday 3/10/3015. Her smile warmed my heart. She showed lots of patience with me as she lead me through each step. Thank you for your kindness Malenda
