I wish I had checked the review earlier, specifically regarding Epson printers. I took an Epson WF-7610 in after being told on the phone that it was likely a print head and they could order it from Epson and it would be overnighted to them so installation and testing should be quick. I gave the OK to order the print head, as the printer is a few years old. After it was in for a week, I called to find out when it would be ready. I was told they ran several tests on it, and they recommend a print head. I told them that it had already been approved and I thought they already ordered it for install. Apparently not so. A few days later, they ordered the print head and told me it was going to take 4 days to arrive and said they have "no control over how vendors send items to them". OK so I wait longer. Then I am later told that the only person they had who was Epson certified was retired, but they were going to call him. Long story trying to be short, it was three weeks later I get the printer, and they didn't have time to test it before it was picked up. I set it up at home and the print head alignment was not significantly better than when I picked it up, the print quality is not very good (it used to be a fantastic printer!) and I tried to go to their website to send them an email regarding the pxxx-poor service (that cost me over $300!!!) and guess what? Their website was a "not accessible at this time". How appropriate for the sequence of events this time. So very disappointing.

I dropped off my EPSON ET-4750. After leaving with Evergreen for several weeks I received a call from Dianne that the printer was in such disarray, (something she could not explain). They had decided they would not work on it. I don't know what to say other than I will not use their services again. And I would not recommend them other than as a way to waste your time.

I am so glad I stopped. I went looking for a small furniture item and found a local treasure trove. Take the time and check this local merchant. If it is office stuff you need, give them a look.

Evergreen is great! Rick and Andrew went above and beyond to get us the ink we needed. They didn't have the ink in stock but made sure that we had the ink we needed by running to a nearby store.
