My dad Fred has been coming here since 2020 after he moved here from California. He is a music teacher saxophone as his forte and he is so impressed by Clayton and his expertise and his musical abilities. Clayton‘s craftsmanship and fine touch to fix an instrument and find the issue is quite spectacular. The skills in which he possesses is a lost art. Clayton is talented and awesome. Clayton has much knowledge in all things music. Thank you so much Clayton for all the help you have provided and will continue to provide. Clayton deserves cake in his honor!!!

I had ordered a guitar online and messed up and put an old address on the shipping address. When I noticed it I reached out to the store and an employee, Shane got right back to me. He reached out to UPS and managed to get my mistake fixed. He kept me up to date with everything that was happening. The guitar arrived at my new address with zero issues. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend them. I’m just glad I didn’t buy through Guitar Center…😐

I have done business with this store prior to the name change for years at this stage. The improvements that have been made to the store, not only the better selection and staff, have been a massive upgrade to the local music needs as a whole. The staff are knowledgeable on all the instruments they carry, you can now make custom orders for the gear they don’t have in stock ( which is a rarity anymore), and the service has been top notch from all the staff. Shane, Steve, and Tim have been the breath of fresh air that this store has needed, for years. I will continue to do business with the store, as I shop local, for years to come. Ernie Williamson alone has made the selection worth the experience, the staff made me a loyal customer.

I’ve been on the hunt for a Sire Larry Carlton L7 in Tobacco Sunburst for some time now. I stumbled upon this shop online and saw that they had ONE left across all of their locations. The only one on the internet that wasn’t on back order!

I pulled the trigger on it this morning and within an hour, I received an email from Shane explaining to me that they discovered some blemishes on the guitar and would be happy to apply a fair discount. He provided his personal cell number so I called him and we worked out a great deal. On top of that, I was told that it will be sent out same-day. This is the kind of customer service that makes this industry so great.

I’m really happy I went with these guys. Next time I’m in the market, Ernie Williamson will be my first stop!
