I’m a first time homebuyer, I called Patrick to do my inspection for me. Best decision I made. Patrick was extremely thorough with my inspection. Explained everything out for me. Patrick was just really nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I also got my DETAILED report back the same day.

Patrick is the best in the business as far as I'm concerned, you won't find a more thorough and honest home inspector. He was extremely professional and helpful in anything we asked and made sure to point out many things we would have never noticed without his expertise. On top of it all, his rate was extremely fair. Patrick was great throughout the home inspection process.
He established communication early and often prior to the inspection.
A thorough inspection and report was completed in a timely manner. He aimed to educate on some of the items that may or may not have been an issue to us.
Patrick was also easy to contact and quick to respond to messages no matter which day of the week.
He also performed the free follow-up inspection for the items the seller promised to fix.
All of this from a genuinely kind man at a great price. Patrick Erb is highly recommended!

Upon looking to buy my first home, I was a little bit nervous about the process. I had a few people suggest contacting Patrick about doing the inspection. We promptly agreed on a day and time to meet and inspect the home. He arrived to the house sometime before I did and was prepared to walk me through and show potential issues that would need to be fixed. He emailed me a detailed report a few hours later to let me look over and assess any potential issues. He even offered to do any follow up inspections on that particular home for free, if needed. Overall, a great experience from a very objective and affordable inspector who comes highly recommended for anyone going through the home buying experience.

Patrick performed an A+ inspection on our vacation home. He was easy to work with and spent time answering all of our questions at the end of his inspection. His report was ready the same day with detailed pictures and recommendations. We would not hesitate to recommend Patrick as an inspector. Great communication.

After looking for a few months, I found what I thought would be my "first" house. I called Patrick and arranged for the inspection. By having him inspected that house, he saved me thousands of dollars in repairs. The house wasn't in terrible shape at the time, but Patrick let me know what type of repairs I was looking at in the near future. I just wasn't willing to comment to all the future repairs.
On to house number two. Because of Patrick's thorough report, I called him to inspect a second house. Once again he was very detailed, the homeowners were home during his inspections and he was able to ask them any questions he had arise regarding the house. His detailed report included pictures/comments of items I may want repaired before purchasing the house as well as pictures/comments of items I may have to repair in the future, such as an AC unit.
Before the purchase of the house, Patrick came out once again (at no extra cost) ensure the agreed repairs had indeed been repaired.
I highly recommend Patrick Erb, He took his time during the inspection(s), and was very knowledgeable.

I used Erb twice now, working with both Patrick and Maxwell. Both were direct, knowledgeable, courteous, accommodating, very thorough and honest. I will use them each time it’s necessary and will recommend without hesitation.
As a home buyer I was most impressed with their home inspection reports. The digital format as well as PDF file were well organized and simple to read yet thorough in explanation and photographic references.
While there must be other great companies to work with, I don’t believe you’ll find anyone better. They’re top notch.
