The installers were here to install fiber optic for my Cumberland Connect. What a fantastic crew (Jim and Michael and 1 unknown) they sent. Extremely professional, polite and informative. Gave me step by step information about the process. All questions asked were answered completely and I was more than glad to have them working here. The trencher they used also left my manicured yard in great condition and they were sure to use their machine to pack the soil and replace sod that had been pulled up. These men are the backbone of this company. Very satisfied with the service.

The service tec, that came here was wonderful!! He fixed and had to replace the parts, explained things we didn't even know about and made sure all our devices were set up, I was really impressed by him and give him the highest rate I can and more. To me he is the best service tec I ever had and you are lucky you have him as a employee!
