Mr Brittany (person who works phones in the mornings) is rude. It’s almost impossible to finish a sentence because he has a habit of interrupting and asking you to repeat yourself several times and then when you can he has a habit of rudely telling you you’re wrong and sees no issues with the situation you’re facing for your child. I’ve spoken to him 3 different times about my son’s bus route and he treats me like the issue is my kid or me, not that they have the wrong information listed and the bus doesn’t stop in the designated stop or that the bus didn’t pick up my child because they arrived to early? The afternoon lady is very nice and helpful.

Could you please tell whoever is operating 11-78 to not pull across a lane with oncoming traffic and almost cause an accident. Please be safer with our kids and maybe wait a minute for traffic to clear first.
