I had an amazing experience at this place. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Despite a few people waiting in line, I was pleasantly surprised that my turn came up within just 10 minutes. The representative not only collected and scanned my documents efficiently, but also took the time to explain the process clearly. I received a comprehensive email detailing the outcome, making my overall experience hassle-free. Moreover, the office itself was impressively clean and properly organized. Additionally, the availability of free parking in the parking lot was a bonus. I highly recommend this place for its exceptional service and convenient facilities.

Barely anyone working here. Hard to get Service help on phone so waiting here at least got me answers

They might as well close this facility down. They are paying daily for AIR CONDITIONING, rent, and wages for just 2 employees. One to tell u the system is down and for security, and the other to tell u the system is down. Week after week, I was supposed to receive benefits and yet I can't use them because they are unable to do something as simple as replace a lost EBT card! the only redeeming quality is they are able to provide a bag of food from their pantry as long as im able to keep making trips down here.

They put me on hold for 3 hours to finally answer at 4 and hang up. One woman answered 30 minutes before to tell me to hold on and put me on hold, the next gentleman man straight up hung up when I talked. Im beyond pissed and will be showing up tomorrow to complain to someone this is ridiculous

Awfully place., Knowing what they can do, they neglect their repaints with good service and often they make citizen to loose their time by making people do extra steps before citizen get their needs cover. I would try to do whatever needs to be done on the web before attempting to go to their offices and it is not the waiting because that place in special is so empty that seems that people already being treated with actitudes so often too much that people don't go there anymore.

The lines r never there usually no more then five people waiting for their number to be called! If patience is a struggle for you this is the place to go!
