Went to see the guys at Emerald Technologies, they are super easy to work and communicate with, prices are very affordable, they are also very knowledgeable and kept in touch with me giving me updates on the progress made with my laptop. They’re so awesome here! Went in to print some scavenger hunts for a bachelorette trip Im going on. He cut them to size for me and said that his paper cutter broke so he wasn’t quite happy with the edges. They looked great to me! I said no problem and he said I’m not going to charge you for them have fun on the trip and tell the bride to be congratulations! So sweet 🙂

These guys are AWESOME, computer nerds in SoHum, honest, reliable, very fair priced, not the least bit condescending to tech challenged peeps like me. I even had a problem with my laptop when I was OVERSEAS and called them via Skype on my laptop, they coached me on how to give them remote access, they fixed my issue, took two calls a few days apart. The BEST PART was, I told them I was in Asia before I started and that I didn't have anyway to pay, told them I have friend in Redway that would come and pay cash in person later... they agreed to help me. Sent my friend the next day to pay cash and needless to say they got an extra $20!!! They told me they do remote work all the time, especially during the winter when so many of SoHums seasonal workers head for the tropics.

Best game in town, these guys go the extra mile to give quality computer repair with great local support. They even guarantee their work for 30 days on repairs so if you have any problems or other issues with the repair they will prioritize your computer and get straight to work on it to fulfill any needs or correct any oversight.

We drove to Emerald Technologies from Standish Hickey campground to use their high speed Internet. We normally steer free of video by games when camping but I made an exception for my son’s “golden” birthday and the Nintendo Switch special anniversary download of Rocket League’s limited time release of the White Fennec car.

We came into the store tucked away in the shopping center near Rays grocery and were warmly greeted by Garth. I explained the situation and he understood our “mission” and was really helpful. He even enlisted Kai the in-house Nintendo expert to help us figure out why we couldn’t get the item in the RL item store.

Kai spent the afternoon completing the Nintendo update to test the issue and he gave us his number so we could call back in the afternoon to see if his test worked and it did.

We returned the next day to follow their instructions. All details aside, we were successful! The Emerald Technologies team was awesome, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I appreciated their efforts to help me with my limited knowledge of Nintendo.
