ECE® was very professional and supportive. The delay was due to postal delivery, not their fault, and they helped me track everything and answered all my questions quickly. They kept me updated and were always friendly. Highly recommend!

Finished it in a timely and speedy manner. My transcript however was in English from the UK and was reported in European standards too and they charged like 300 something dollars for it. They also charge 15 dollars per mailing each report through USPS mail which I know for a fact it only costs about $5. Also charged $30 to electronically send the transcript which costs I'm sure no more than a couple pennies for email access. So each report costs about 30-45 just to send it and another $350 to get it.

Sharing my experience. Happy with the service. I got my evaluation report prepared in 7 days as mentioned on their website. Since I had opted for postal service - sending and receiving the documents took 16 days from my home country, India. ( The time might differ from country to country). All the documents were returned (Original and transcript too) as opposed to what I have heard. They timely updated the steps on dashboard. Just follow the steps on their website and if any query you should reach out to them, they will reply swiftly.

The website states a processing time of 3–5 business days, can be quite misleading, as this timeframe only begins once they have received your documents. In reality, they do not proactively confirm receipt, and there can be a delay of several days before you hear anything. I had to follow up myself just to confirm whether my documents had arrived.

The process is also rigid and unnecessarily inflexible. Although my educational institute sent the required documents directly via email, they refused to accept them, insisting that the examination body send the email instead. This caused further delays and added stress.

Additionally, there is no available phone number to contact, which made it even more difficult to get timely assistance. Ultimately, I was left with no choice but to pay an extra $80 for the Rush service just to ensure I would receive my documents before the deadline.

I recently used their services for a Course-by-Course transcript of my college degree from Venezuela, and I fully recommend their services. They have a live support chat with people that is always available to assist during business hours. I messaged them multiple times even before purchasing the transcript and all of them were kind, knowledgeable and fast to respond.

It took about a day for their system to show that my documents were received after the delivery was completed by UPS, but after that it took them only 1 day to complete the transcript. Way faster than expected!

The whole transcript stuff, higher education requirements and having to send original documents was a bit overwhelming to me coming from a different country, but I am glad I chose ECE, they truly made it easy.

I initially thought it was a complicated process because I’m from India. But the procedures were smooth and finished within the prescribed timeframe. Online electronic procedures are really welcoming one. No need to send our transcripts via postal. Process is simple and easy.

Lack of Transparency and Trust. I spoke with an ECE representative to inquire about a specific report I needed and asked for a clear breakdown of all the fees involved. The first thing the representative told me was that ECE prides itself on being upfront about its fees, ensuring complete honesty and transparency. She then quoted only two fees. When I asked if those were all the fees associated with the report I required, the representative assured me that there were no other hidden charges.

Additionally, I asked how long it would take to complete their online application, and I was informed that it would take approximately 15-20 minutes. However, the application turned out to be very lengthy, and contrary to what I was told, it took me well over an hour to complete. Toward the end of the process, I discovered that there were additional fees associated with the specific report I needed.

This experience left me feeling misled and deceived. I felt as though I had been lured into spending significant time on the application process, only to be confronted with unexpected charges. My trust in ECE was severely damaged and I began to question what other "surprises" might arise further down the line with this organization.

I reached out to ECE via email to express my concerns, and surprisingly, I received a response from the same representative I had complained about. The response stated, "The total cost for an evaluation will vary depending on the type of report." This was a vague and unsatisfactory reply, given that I had clearly specified the type of report I required before the representative quoted any fees. I ultimately did not complete the application.

There are many other organizations offering similar services. my advise potential customers is to carefully consider their options. Choose a service provider that values transparency and integrity—something I found lacking in my dealings with ECE.
