You are a bunch of thieves and by the reviews ive read I truly hope you folks get sued in every way possible. I cant believe you will charge me 3k to reinstate a service meter that had already been there for 25yrs. You were aware of the circumstances and still want to charge me that amount. I promise on everything I will see to it that the admin side of your company loses their jobs and gets investigated by the state. Hopefully some of you thieves get jailtime for gouging the residents like you are.

From using $38 dlls now my bill is $112? What’s wrong with this people ?! Paying this much like it’s a luxury water? Plus contaminated and dirty color? For real ? Never in my life paid this much. I’m still doing the same thing using the same water. Wtf? Any advise from people where can I make a report? NO SHAME AT ALL .

I am a coustmer of this co. I wish there was another water co. I got my water turned off at 11:25 today after speaking with my husband he had forgotten to contact them on an error. Well we paid the full bill at 12: 25 my water was finally turned on at 3:48 pm This is why we need competition of other company's no county or district should be allowed to monopolize any area. As property and tax payers we should have the privilege of choosing. Who we want as our service providers

It’s 8:35pm 10/12/24 Water was turn off at 6pm for a main pipeline repair (Total Understandable) but guess what they didn’t bother to let us know that the water was gonna be turn off really unprofesional on their behalf an email or text to warn us would be nice and it’s not the first time they do this.

Apparently this water company won't adjust a water bill for a broken pipe. First time I've ever encountered a water utility company that doesn't understand that you can't see into the ground and see when a pipe breaks. Not surprised after reading some of the comments about having to read your own water meter and calculate your own bill. What kinda hillbilly outfit they got running this place?

Trying to get water turned on to even get inspections done to buy the property. Yall are asking $1069 just to turn it on for a few days for inspections, extortion a at its finest. Look forward to seeing that class action lawsuit 👀

Paid $805 to connect water to our property for them to say it be 2-4 weeks before someone would come out. Terrible customer service, unfriendly, and overall unhelpful. I would’ve never thought the new accounts lady had 20+ years in customer service. Seems like no one in the office knows anything about anything there. Get it together people.

After reading my own meter for 9 years(you’re welcome), they installed a fancy digital meter. Apparently a faulty one because it busted my line and sent 170,000 gallons of water down a drainage ditch. Thanks for the $1200 bill guys! Absolute terrible customer service!!!
