The Respire Blue+ appliance sucks.

I'm a patient. I'm sure the dentist knew what he was doing insofar as taking the scans, fitting, etc. Even still, I cannot tolerate it at its lowest setting (with regard to millimeters forward). I tend to disbelieve the notion that the device is more comfortable than a CPAP (with appropriate mask) but I guess everyone is different. Maybe some have jaws and teeth made of titanium. But I had jaw pain, teeth pain, dry mouth and salivation. Couldn't sleep at all, gave up around 3:30am.

What's worse is many dentists are not aware of the DME code K1027 (new, in 2021). They only know E0846, so they think they cannot bill insurance for the Respire+ under E0846, and claim it must be paid for out of pocket. They state the reason for this is the lack of a fixed hinge. The whole idea of K1027 is to allow for no hinge. Yet they wouldn't bill insurance (for K1027). So I'm out over 2 grand for something I (and probably many) cannot tolerate. Perhaps you could get the word out to ordering providers of the existence of code K1027. Too late for me but maybe it would help someone else.

Buyer beware I purchased a set of gold braces after 6 months gold faded, company refuses for me to be able to repurchase what they should be replacing at no cost to me, do not buy their products spend your hard earned money else where with a company that will stand behind their product. I am now stuck with faded braces in my mouth thanks to these people
I will be seeking further legal action against your company and will be reporting it to the better business bureau

You get 100% service from the time the girls answer the phones to the techs in the apnea department and to the tech support in the 3D department. Their devices are great and require little to no initial adjusting at the seat appointment. I Love working with this team. Thank you Dynaflex for all of your superior services.

They almost lost our lab case, denying that they had it. We had to call the post office and someone from the post office went to the lab and found it there. Can't get any technician or manager to talk to; they don't return calls or their voicemail is full
I didn't know they were this bad or I wouldn't have sent the case to them. This is my 1st and last case there
