I'm not tech savvy whatsoever and when my laptop started making this horrible buzzing sound, I knew I needed immediate service. I work on my laptop full-time from home and I was panicking. I'm fairly new to the area and I didn't know where to turn for computer repair. I researched and found Drop Zone through Google reviews. With their great ratings they seemed like the best choice, and I needed this to go quickly and smoothly. The experience was better than I expected! Not only did they repair my laptop on an urgent basis but they were so knowledgeable, communicative, efficient and kind. 12/10 would return for any computer issues in the future. They are awesome!

Update: 12/15/2023. Had an minor issue with my laptop and took it to Drop Zone. I barely made it home and a call came in that the issue was resolved. The only place I will take my computers for repair. Highly recommended.

I have been here for issues on two laptops recently with different needs. The staff were awesome and it was clear they know what they are doing. Recently I had to have fans replaced and I knew they were the one's to take care of me. Great service, turn around and attention to detail. I highly recommend them for service.

Drop Zone has built 2 computers for me and they are the fastest computers I have ever had. They are super nice and very trust worthy. I am a realtor and I needed a fast computer. They also have taken care of my mother in law and has treated her with such care and they explain everything. Love this company I would not go anywhere else ever

It was a blessing that I found out about these guys. I had a computer that was a couple years old and was driving me nuts because of how slow it ran- often times programs shut down and I would have to restart. It was really bumming me out.

Then I got a job where I needed to have my own laptop and it needed to be a lot faster than the one I currently had, and so my first instinct was, "go to Best Buy".
I wanted to spend $600 max. So I go to Best Buy and try every computer they had and the closest thing I found to be even remotely fast enough was in the $1000+ range and even then it really was NOT impressive.

My wife heard about Drop Zone and knew that they sold refurbished Dell business grade laptops... OMG, I had never used a computer that fast. They told me it had a Solid State drive and that I would never go back to a mechanical hard drive. Sure they are used, but for the price (I believe it was a little less than my budgeted amount), you just can not go wrong.

On top of all that Jeff and Steve are great guys and are a pleasure to do business with. They stick behind their products and have replacement parts and are always very helpful. I highly recommend!

Our motherboard for our "All in One" computer fizzled out suddenly. We would have been in deep trouble, because we require the computer to get work done! Took it to them for a diagnostic and then had them replace the entire mother board, all within two days. Exceptional ambiance, durable workmanship, and spectacular customer services! Would definitely return and absolutely have our full endorsement!
