I have worked with Drexel for a LOT of years now. They are always quick to respond with any issues we may be having on our HP Wide Format printers. They know exactly how they work and can fix any issue quickly. I also order paper from them and it's always next day delivery. I am super happy with the service they provide and would recommend them to anyone. They've even brought me cookies during Christmas before, as a way of saying thank you. 🙂 I honestly can't say enough about their service. Others just can't compare.

My workplace had a 9 year old HP plotter with a Drexel Tech business card taped to it. When the old plotter was nearing its last legs, we contacted Dustin from Drexel and he was incredibly helpful as we shopped around for a new plotter that would fit our operation. He didn't try to upsell us into getting more than we needed. We ended up moving forward with purchasing a new HP T2600 from Drexel. Their prices were very fair.

On the actual day of install, the Drexel techs were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We even had a scanning project that needed to be done that day, and Dustin and the other tech (sorry!) were hands on in using this project to test the new scanner. They were here almost all morning to install drivers on our workstations and solve typical start up errors. All in all, Drexel was a professional and upstanding technology solutions operation and I would recommend working with Dustin to anyone who needs to purchase office technology for their business in the STL area.

We've been using Drexel as our printer/plotter servicer for a while now and they have consistently had great communication and timely service. We had a new plotter installed today and Dustin, Kenny, and Scott were all so patient and clear in explaining the new processes. The answer to many of my questions was "It's already taken care of."
I wanted to give an extra shout out to Scott, who kept our geriatric plotter running smoothy until it was time for it to go to the big print shop in the sky. Scott and Dustin both did a great job making sure we didn't have a gap in service between the passing of our plotter and the new install. Thanks Guys!

Schaeffer Electric recently purchased a new color HP plotter from Drexel Technologies and it has been great to work with Drexel. The plotter is awesome and gives us beautiful prints. We have worked with Drexel for quite a number of years and it is a wonderful company to do business with. Great job with the change over from our other plotter as everything went very smoothly.

They are always very responsive when I have a request, and always meet my time frame and nicely organize my print jobs. IT is great they are always willing to come out and address any issues I have and keep my plotter online. When we have a new purchase, they always come out and handle the delivery and set up.
