I had an excellent experience at this clinical research site! The check-in process is incredibly smooth and efficient. The facility itself is very well-maintained. The doctors and other people who work on the site are friendly and very knowledgeable. They took the time to guide me through each step of the consent process with clarity. Highly recommend this place for anyone to participate in clinical research.

Extremely cooperative and nice people. Checkin experience was great and on time. The location is very clean. Getting to the facility is very easy. The staff was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Everything was explained and my all questions that I had regarding the study were answered. I overall feel really satisfied. If you think about joining in clinical trial, this is the best place in Houston.

This place made it incredibly easy for me to participate in their trails. From check in experience to interacting with the staff, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable the entire time I was there and they thoroughly answered any questions I had. Definitely coming back!

The site was very helpful. The explained all the details about my health and the study. Due to my health I can not participate at this time, but once I will get clearance I will reapply and participate in new studies. I look forward to coming back at this site. Huzefa was really professional and he's a nice person.

I've been working with DM now for a few years. In the past they were very good about payments, now though? I signed up for this new one, for shingles, I (and my sister signed up) was told over the phone our first appointment would pay $150.00. Okay great, so she took off from work to go with me!! Nope, we each received $25.00 bucks. The 1st visit wasn't as long as the others I've taken but don't tell me one thing over the phone only to get 25 bucks in the end!! When I complained to the front desk the gal (no name tag) just sat there, shrugged her shoulders. That drive for us is nearly 85 miles, one way!!
My sister wasn't approved for the study but I was. So on the 18th of November I went for my 1st visit. Only to be told that since I had a tooth pulled that we'd have to reschedule, sigh. It's a tooth and this is a shingles shot!! But okay fine, reschedule me. They said they'd pay me for the visit, today is Friday and I've yet to receive payment. I've called 8 times, no return call, I've texted, crickets. Finally today at 3pm I was able to speak to Gabby. She said on my NEXT visit I'd receive payment again I'll, sigh......
Bottom line is, DM is an okay place to go, their office is clean (normally cold so take a sweater) they do have snacks available and clean bathrooms. The staff is "okay", I've not had any problems once I'm in office. The down side is, THE WAIT TIME, THE DISTANCE TO DRIVE. Now if you live close? Wonderful. If you enjoy sitting in a small room for HOURS, Wonderful. Personally I can't stand the waiting. My real complaint this time is, being lied to over the phone about the $150.00..... that made me want to never return... I'm playing the rest of this study by ear, I don't appreciate being lied to whatsoever!
