People are nice when meet up, but I feel like abandoned sometime, because it’s hard to find someone to follow up when you are between in the cycle but not the time to visit. I’ve done my part for texting and phone conversation, and we need to do E-daily, Visit, Blood test injection and more test.

Study is over. But I have to say there Compensation system are bad, it’s been 2 months and still pending. You have to keep on eye on your payment records and let them know keep follow up / updates.

Communication can be lacking at crucial moments and they are not very transparent about compensation. My first experience was very positive but this last one has been disorganized and frustrating

This is not a professional place to treat your mental health, they lack of staff (same that take the calls and take your vitals), first appointment, fail, no available rooms to start the process, second appointment no available doctor and both appointments fasting. I’ve got an anxiety crisis just right there in their waiting room and they just offered me a snack (Cheetos)and a gift card with no credit on it. They’re unprofessional and give a damn your mental health. I’m not aware of any other trial but for your own sake DO NOT TAKE THE DEPRESSION OR ANY OTHER TRIAL, you’re just a number for them.

Staff is SUPER friendly here and are sure to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable. Facility is clean, the parking lot is a bit iffy if you aren't careful parking. I like how it isn't near a busy road and how quick the staff is. Highly recommended joining and studies they are doing.

Very friendly and professional staff at the Bellaire location on Mapleridge. My son is doing a study and they were very helpful and informative about everything that he would be doing and the details of the study. They even fed us both lunch and have a late evening staff to help us out for appointments without missing school hours.

This facility is rated A OK. Very friendly staff, caring and knowledgeable. After taking your temperature, weight and height, they evaluate your medical condition by taking your blood pressure, past history, including last MD visit, meds taken, hospital stay etc.
Then, the MD sees you and examins you. It’s best to keep track of your lab works, and medications. Then, they offer you snacks and give you your new appointment. The longest I’ve stayed is less than 2 hours.
The best part is your ClinCard is always updated. Just continue to keep your visits and you will live a happy life.
