I forget when the last update happened (maybe a few months) and I was hoping they'd smoothe out the obvious blatant errors by now but they haven't. The routing worked so smoothly before with no issues and I cannot stress enough how horrible it is now. It makes my job a lot more challenging than it should be and I really wish my job had a different system to use as an option. Dispatch will select other trucks for no reason when I'm trying to build a route, wasting my time, the routes will disappear as I'm trying to build a route and the only way to resolve is to entirely refresh the screen, among many other glitches and errors. A 30 minute task may take me double that time now and I'm not exagerrating. As a person who uses this as a main function for my job, it is extremely time consuming and completely time wasting. I would not recommend dispat track to anyone unless they resolve these issues.

Fix your dispatch map system. Or at least roll it back prior to the previous update. This recent update is straight garbage. Who routes their delivery stops BACKWARDS!! The mouse indicator doesn't need to be a different symbol than what is already used on our computer. When selecting one delivery stop with one route the system will change to a different route (1, 2, 3 ect) which messes up what we had saved. If I need to change one delivery stop to a different route than what was originally selected it messes the whole route up entirely. I've never seen a system work so poorly in my life as this recent update. ROLL THE UPDATES BACK TO THE PREVIOUS UPDATE! Not to mention, why do we need to scroll the map box up to get to the routes under it? What sense does that make? Zero. And have to choose whether or not we even see the routes? I just don't understand who thought this update was okay to roll out and approved it.

Horrible experience with dispatch and extremely rude and condescending lady administrator. The lady gave the delivery men completely wrong numbers to reach me and my husband and blamed it on the retailer; shame on her! Also, she unfortunately lacked in her communication abilities, relayed lies to the delivery drivers and yelled at them while they were moving furniture in my home. The delivery drivers did a wonderful and wholesome job and they deserve a bonus and raise! Poor guys don’t deserve her discredit and disrespect. She needs to be checked by her boss expeditiously! Thank you so much Delivery Men! ❤️

I don’t know why people are giving them one star reviews but I think Ray and RJ who delivered my furniture provided excellent customer service they were very nice and professional at the job and were done in a timely manner if I’m going to order more furniture from Gardner White I hope they’re the ones who deliver the furniture again thanks again

Horrible company. I was expecting my couch to be delivered today. I called customer service to make sure the driver had the right address. After I was assured they do, the driver called saying he was at a different address and could not deliver my couch at all today. Even though it was the drivers fault for putting in the wrong address the company refused to make it right and still cannot guarantee a delivery date. Awful

"Extremely rude experience. The person from administration was polite for the first minute, but as soon as he realized I spoke Spanish, his attitude changed completely and started to talk in spanish and treated me poorly and made it seem like he didn’t want to fulfill my order. Very disappointing service – if I could give zero stars, I would.

this delivery company is all about lies and bs, first of all they told us that they going to notify us before 1 hour or at least 30 mins between 10:30 am to 12:30 pm the delivery guy called my at 10 am "saying where am i because he is 7 minutes away i said " 7 minutes i stated the the mattress firm company said they would call me 1 hour before arrival ", he said he dont know, we hung up. them he call me back he saying he is here i wasn't home so made him know we coming from Church im 16 mins aways he told me thats fine i drove very fast because i did want them to be waiting long when i got home they weren't here i called back no answer called again no answer then the automated messages called saying delivery is 10 minutes away so the men on the phone lied to me about being here i called him again and keep saying you are 16 minutes away so he went to bathroom so i said why didn't you just day thats communication is key. Roughly 9 minutes they got here and i stated that the mattress firm company said they will call 1 hour before arrival the two Hispanic man told me mattress firm didn't tell them nothing they just got delivery
