I brought my computer in and wanted to find out what was wrong, I asked that I be called with any updates, mostly because if it would have ended up costing too much to fix, it wouldn't have been worth it. They didn't really call me until towards the end. The bought a cable which ended up not working, then when I came in, my laptop was taken apart, they didn't put it back together. The guy told me he would have to charge me to put the computer, that was in one piece when I gave it to them, back together. They charged me for the cable, and when I said they didn't fix it, they gaslight and shamed me into just paying, then they kept the cable that they charged me for. The customer service was terrible, their business practices were shady, and the person that worked on my computer was a jerk. I would never recommend them, and I'll never trust them with any of my electronics again.

Old laptops are working again! Calling in advance didn’t work well, but once you bring your hardware, you will be taken care! I would prefer more timely and regular updates…but what counts is quality!
Also, request to owner - please don’t install free antivirus when there was existing antivirus on the machine.

I took my laptop to Dimension Computer (Jim) on the recommendation of a close friend. Jim listened to my concerns and difficulties with my laptop, which were several. Not once did he respond disinterested or make me feel ignorant. Jim was able to make several corrections, updates, and replace hardware all in the same day. He communicated with me regularly and demonstrated the improvements of the laptop when I picked it up. His pricing was reasonable for labor and parts. If you want a computer repair service that is reliable, reasonable and trustworthy, use Dimension Computer in Winchester, MO.

Dimension Computer and Jim have been great to work with over the years. He has serviced our personal computers and business computers. He has even come to our office to help with the issues that we were having. Reasonably priced as well. I would recommend him to anyone.

Had an old PC die on me. Not a big deal EXCEPT that the computer is almost exclusively used to play music with 1000s of imported CDs worth of tunes. My contents were transferred to a newer but still "used" and very reasonably priced PC. Enjoying my music library and syncing my music once again!

Recently had to take my inherited beast of a desktop in for some repairs, settled on this shop after seeing posts on FB in a community group raving about same day service, affordability, and more - and in spite of what one bitter reviewer had to say, I am *not* friends with the owner. Jim, I wanna say his name was, got this computer out of my car and even carried it for me in addition to repairing it within 2 hours. 10/10, will be back for any future repairs.
