Unprofessional, Unsanitary, Overpriced.

Three words to sum up my experience.

Based on the recent influx of one-star reviews, it seems this business is either on its way out or the owner is dealing with personal issues.

Unprofessional: The owner and operator was rude, mumbled his words, and his office smelled terrible.

Unsanitary: The operator did not wear gloves while taking my fingerprints and had no hand sanitizer available when I requested it. There was no solution or even a suggestion for where I could wash my hands. His own hands looked visibly dirty. I felt gross just looking at them.

Overpriced: I was charged $45 for my fingerprints, whereas the usual fee is $25. When I questioned this, the owner explained that he retains our fingerprints indefinitely for future access. I requested electronic copies, but he refused, stating that I would need to pay $15 per printed copy. This is outrageous!

Had I read the reviews beforehand, I would have avoided this place. If I hadn’t been in a rush, I would have refused to pay the exorbitant price and gone elsewhere.

If I could give 0 starts I would.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Went here to get fingerprinted. First off you have to pay for parking which is absurd as other reviews have mentioned. Second of all while most of the staff were quite helpful and friendly, the guy doing the fingerprinting was incredibly rude. He did not communicate anything or even say a word and had the worst attitude. Very unprofessional and off putting. Therefore, I would not recommend this establishment/location to anyone. Will be going elsewhere next time.

Parking is terrible here, they force you to pay to park. Every other business in the vicinity validate for their garage. Zero stars for the ace parking intercom assisting as well.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Took my parents here to be finger printed in order to gain custody of my grandbaby and my parents were treated horribly and disrespected. Thank God I was there to speak up for them, you should be ashamed of yourself for treating elderly people the way you do. Had they been white and spoke clean and clear English I'm sure they would have been treated with some respect. I'll never go back to this establishment or recommend it to anyone. I suggest you train your employees to be polite and treat people with the same respect given.

Fast and easy! Came in as a walk in. Staff was nice and outgoing. Sheri was very helpful and made it all very easy to get fingerprints done. 10/10 definitely recommend!!

Went in to get electronic fingerprinting today as a walk-in and Nicole went above and beyond. I’m also a stay at home mom and needed to bring my son with me. She was so welcoming to him.
Fast and easy service. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family!

20-year-old kid curly hair down to his belt buckle demanda that I make an appointment for a digital fingerprint but was willing to do ink fingerprints with no appointment. I tried to ask some questions and he had the deer in the headlights look. I called and got a price before I came. He told me the price was double. Walked out did not get my fingerprints done. Definitely unprofessional

I scheduled the appointment on their website and Sherri met me at my office the same day, we were done in 15 minutes. Easiest possible way to take care of fingerprinting. As a small business owner I couldn't recommend Sherri any higher.
