Always pleased with the Digital Watchdog products but after so many installations, I had a defective camera with condensation on the lens. The tech support team was great. After speaking with tech support, I sent in the camera and after a week, they informed me that it was not repairable. They simply sent me a replacement and it worked great (just as expected). They truly stand by their dealers from system design to tech support.
