I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DIGITAL PARAGON. I drop my phone a lot.. If im not dropping my phone then my toddler is. If your clumsy like me or have spirited children who like to grab things and drop them (like expensive electronics) then Digital Paragon is where you should go to get your phones and other expensive gadgets repaired. James, the owner, does an amazing job with iphones, android phones, samsung phones, game consoles, controllers, remotes, computers and many other electronics. If you need a device repaired it will be in great hands if you take it here.

I have an iphone 8+ and the front screen was shattered to were it wouldn't show anything, the back glass was shattered so bad that huge pieces had fallen off. Basically if someone had seen the phone they would have wanted to trash it and get a new one. I don't like throwing things away if they can be repaired though. Digital paragon replaced the front screen, replaced the back glass, AND replaced the audio speaker to hear phone calls. My iphone works perfectly again and looks new. The repairs were much cheaper than buying another iphone 8+ and I am so happy i can use my iphone again.

James replaced the screen on my laptop after I tried to close the lid with a pen in the space between the screen and the keyboard. (Not gonna leave pens on my laptop anymore, to be sure.) James was able to track down the replacement screen at Dell and had it shipped to him, and was able to replace the screen and get me back online within about 6 hours after receiving the Fed Ex delivery. I’m so relieved that he could fix my computer - and so quickly! Added bonus: he’s in 29, so I didn’t have to go down the hill to get a fix. Thank you, James!

I have needed to have my computer fixed by James twice, and both times, it was fast, easy, and had no issues. The shop is professionally set up and does not look like a college dorm room like some of the other area computer shops.

Awesome service! I spilled coke on my laptop and took it in fearing the worst.

The guys were able to immediately start working on it. They were like a swat team! They opened it up and took care of it within minutes. Ultimately saving my laptop from serious damage. I don't even have sticky keys.

If this happens to you don't Google what to do, just go to their store asap and they will save your machine. They even told me that letting it dry out for 24 hours could have been the worst thing to do.
