I recently started a vending business, I bought my first machine from the DMVI guys, they’ve been extraordinarily helpful throughout the whole process of starting my business, their customer service is exceptional, any questions or issues it’s like I have I have my own team of technicians on stand-by ready to help and walk me through step by step, from setting up screens on the machine, installing the machine, issues with payment, they’re on it. 10/10 on customer service, 10/10 on product, the machines are beautiful, meticulously put together, and the customer support is unparalleled, HIGHLY recommend these guys

Bought my vending machine about a year ago. Took them a long time to build it but ever since it came out I have had nothing but problems! First from certain can sizes not being able to dispense properly, to shelves unlocking during the loading process and dropping everything on the ground AND damaging the machine flaps at the same time. Constant "internet issues" even though I have it plugged in directly and we never have network issues with our other devices. Things you should be able to check on the machine you CANT without logging into a separate computer. Like to reset the trays when there is a problem (not that's it will tell you what the problem is). All while paying a monthly subscription fee. I am very dissappointed in my vending purchase and wish I had spent 10K on ANY other machine...
