I’ve shopped here a lot while I was living In Cleveland and I enjoyed the store, not only is it the cleanest store in the entire area, the night managers Kristina and Heather are the best there are. If they weren’t restocking the shelves or sweeping the parking lot, they were inside helping and greeting every customer that enters the store. They always made sure the customers were having a good day, and they’ve always made sure they could answer any questions I’ve had, they even gone out of their way to show me where the last item on my shopping list was. They always had a smile and a small conversation while checking out my items. They are the definition of customer service and kindness, and I thank them.

Manager on duty on 5/11/24 around 4pm was very rude when she helped us with the self checkout. Then she had her boyfriend harass me because I gave her a bad review. Very unprofessional I will not be back and neither will any of my family. We go elsewhere.

This DG Market hasn't been open long and already two of their four self checkouts are not working and about 4 or 6 freezers aren't working and have been empty for awhile now. It's not really changed too much since it was in the old building. It's a bigger store and they added a bigger grocery side, but the poor management and poor attention to fixing things that become inoperable is the same old thing.

Wholes are fantastic and very hard working. The lack of a star is they have so much in the isles sometimes hard to get through. Let me clarify, they all work hard just not enough staff and space to get items on shelves.

I've been here 3 or 4 times. The place is clean and organized. Every time I've been the cashier has been really nice and fast about getting customers through. These days bad attitudes seem to run rampant but not here.

This Dollar General is close to my, the only reason I even go to this one. The management needs to get on somebody's case, because the store is always dirty. Every time I've had to use their filthy bathrooms, good luck on finding soap or towels and (yes) even toilet paper is a commodity that they do not believe in. Today I needed 3 C batteries and they only had 1 double pack of Duracell. So I had to mix Duracell with Energized. I had a minor case of the munchies and I walked by the little freezer if individual ice cream bars. The Drumstick was so old, the nuts and cone were like eating little bites of rubber. Both the nuts and sugar cone were so far from crunchy it made me really sad. I'd have taken it back, but didn't have the time to drive another 8 miles back just for $1.75 +tax. I find what I want about half the time. The remaining 50% I have to substitute or do without. If you can get it somewhere else, then I recommend do that. Only thing on their side is the staff are helpful, friendly and will actually help you find something rather than just throwing a hand up with a finger pointing while they mumble unhelpful gibberish. Only reason I give 3 stars is because of the staff or that Dollar General would get negative stars (black holes).

This is by far one of the worst most unorganized Dollar General's I have ever been to. There's always boxes and step ladders and stuff that needs to be stocked blocking the aisles. I really wish there was a closer better Dollar General where I live. The only thing remotely nice about this place is the employees half the time.
