Absolutely loved visiting Founders Plaza at DFW! It’s a fantastic spot to watch planes take off and land—perfect for aviation enthusiasts or anyone looking for a unique outing. The view is amazing, with aircraft just yards away, and the setup is great with benches, binoculars, and even air traffic control audio to listen in.
Plenty of parking and it’s free, which is a huge plus.
Brought a coffee and stayed for a while—such a cool experience! Definitely recommend if you’re near the airport.

Great place to watch the planes land and take-off. Nice little park to relax and spend a few moments with your friends and family. Dallas doesn't have an ocean, but the steady number of planes landing and taking off has that rhythmic feeling of the ebb and flow of the tides.

Very peaceful and clean place. Just to sit and watch the planes was a cool experience, nice open area for all to enjoy! Would definitely recommend especially for aviation lovers.

Amazing place.

If you like quite time just being at a place where you sit back and enjoy the view and that too giant creation of mankind taking off and landing 🛬 then this is a perfect place. Just sit back and enjoy the view.

It is scenic and there is a vibe of this place which gives you so much calmness or pleasure.

It is free of cost, ample parking space. Easy to access.

Post 11pm a lot of movement in the air so expect a lot of action (taking off and landing)

Must visit, highly recommended.
