this is the best fitness training program ive been to by far, they love helping kids, adults, and teens all the same as well. Ive noticed a HUGE difference in my athleticism, and the staff are so kind, while giving amazing advice. also very diverse, no dealing with problems with skin color here for sure ? they also teach a wide variety of workouts, that you could also do on your own when you go to a gym. amazing place, i love it, definitely come here. edit** also they have made me more confident in myself, and ive made plenty of new friends here.

My daughters have loved attending DPF. Didn't think my 8 year old would be able to focus, but DPF really keeps her attention and keeps her motivated. Each day focuses on a different area of the body. That really helps with tailoring to their sport of choice. Great workouts!

Growing up, I relied a lot on my talent and did not see the need for extra work at my craft. I would go to club soccer practice three times a week and be satisfied with that. I was never on a consistent training plan, didn't understand the importance of proper hydration or nutrition, didn't stretch in my down time, and my mentality needed improvement. However, I wanted to become a great soccer player. During the summer of 2016, I heard about David through some of my teammates, and my mom signed me up for one of David's summer camps. Looking back, I am incredibly thankful that I have had the opportunity to train at DPF. David has made me into a faster, stronger, fitter, and more explosive athlete. Additionally, he has helped me secure a growth mindset to continue to want to improve every single day. David continues to challenge me every training session by making me push myself to the absolute limit. Now, as I am about to play soccer in college, I look back and appreciate David for developing me as not only an athlete, but also as a person. Having said that, there is a lot more work to be done. Time to get back to David's.
