I was introduced to the team and program at Detail Bookie early this year, and it has been by far one of the best experiences our company has had. The staff is extremely professional and gives you that 1 on 1 direction and help necessary to make the most out of the software. Speaking of software, Detail Bookie is by far the best in the industry! Our clients love the appointment reminders and the ability to self-book their appointments. Also, the team seems to set their bar at no limit. With Detail Bookie consistently upgrading their software and even partnering with QuickBooks, their platform sets the bar for Detailers. The software is incredible and the customer service is even better! The system took some time to setup and incorporate in my detailing business but I am so glad I adopted this software. My customers enjoy the multiple notices along with being able to pay online. To top it off my ratings on google have taken off. If you’re on the fence like I was just sign up and don’t look back. Great software!!!

When I have questions or concerns on what to do with the software they are a text or call away and don’t hesitate to schedule a zoom call to assist me & walk me thru the process. Detail Bookie is definitely worth every penny & helps me stay on top on scheduling appointments, following up with customers & getting reviews from customers after the service.
