Very happy with the way my hat turned out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Communication skills were great. Needed embroidery done on a denim jacket for one of my friends wedding with such a short notice. I found that Desert Embroidery and Screen Printing had good reviews online and let me just say they are 100% true completely satisfied with this place!! James is freaking amazing! I would give 10 stars if I could! From the beginning he was super nice, super helpful, and amazing customer service! You seriously don't see this kind of customer service anywhere anymore! We had a little hiccup, and he handled it amazingly! The bags I brought in, look fantastic too, and I'd use him again in a heartbeat, and will send anyone I know that needs these services here! I left so happy with the product and service!
