Was spoked to very rudely.I was never shown any paperwork or documentation to show me that what they were saying was true. The supervisor was very defensive she didn’t even pull my case up. She spoke to me in the lobby. Jamie and Molly the supervisor need to work on their customer service skills and there professionalism. I expect a government payed employee to be respectful at the very least . They could have tried to help me instead of blaming the payment system and then providing no documentation of proof or explanation and if they know that that is the case why not warn people so they are not left without benefits. The lack of internal improvements and the lack of communication is terrible. As a whole you need to be constantly striving to make sure your department can provide adequate communication and service. I would like to recognize that not everyone I spoke with today was rude the young lady I spoke to after Jamie and before Molly was kind even though she was unable to rectify the situation but I understand she turned it over to her boss and unfortunately the wrong person was the supervisor.

This is terrible! Shouldn't even leave one star! Everybody is suffering meanwhile the people that are supposed to be doing their jobs fail to do it. My case was terminated because a caseworker failed to input my information correctly and renew my case. They asked for another check stub which would be after the date of my renewal because they made a mistake. So now I'm waiting after they told me to upload more information. So many people out here are needing help! with the economy like it now. food prices the way they are this is very sad.

I have been trying to get food stamps since September. They have all my information and I just got my kids back from foster care in October. They don't call on set appointments and then on November 15th they called while I was in court and I had my off. It was for a appointment they didn't tell me I had and the woman left a message saying I would have to call the 1800 number to reschedule. Ok November 16th I got the letter in the of my so called appointment for November 15th with the letter and envelope post marked November 14th. Do they really expect me to get that letter in time? Ridiculous! My CPS worker and I have called and sat on the phone for 2 hrs with nothing resolved.so dumpster diving for food has been my go too since food pantrys seen to think children only eat can vegetables, bag beans and crackers. What a joke. My son is disabled and has sensory problems and he won't eat veggies, oatmeal, beans or anything like that . Pantry's only give adult foods and homeless easy foods. Pantry's are not kid friendly. Do better DHS and answer your office phone since there is only 2 people in that office that doesn't know their job and cuss and be rude .. like we can't hear them talking with each other through thier plastic glass they think is sound proof. Eye roll
