Everything and everyone were wonderful. Parking was simple and right at the front door. The decor is understated, yet pleasant. The people are welcoming, calm, and efficient. I honestly have only positive things to say and I've gone through this process many times and have never been able to say that. Thanks to Jennifer and all.

I sold my high dollar beach homes through them . I didn’t pick them the buyers did . I was never informed of information and have even been misinformed . When I confronted Jennifer with misinformation she was extremely rude . Look without me selling my house , you wouldn’t have a job . Please take a course in customer service and communication skills , you surely need it . Go to a different closing agency . I know I will. Jennifer is the absolute worst .

I do many transactions and work with various title companies and closing attorneys nationwide, so when I hear the closing agent is Fran L or Jennifer K with Delta South Title, I breathe a sigh of relief. I never have to check in on documents and their turn times are unmatched across the entire industry. In the midst of interest rates falling and volume quadrupling, these women were unfazed. Their response time, positive attitudes and consistent helpfulness raised my expectations to an incomparable level. After reading some of the other reviews, it’s important to remember your closing agents are unable to provide legal counsel, nor are they able to change property tax assessments. You are by all means entitled to contact your Attorney or the County Revenue Commissioners office for further explanation, but posting a negative review about specific details title agents have no control over is simple minded. Thank you, Delta South, for always taking care of my clients.

Jennifer K is by far the worst at customer service I have ever had with a title company. I am not sure if she does not care or is confused. I'm leaning towards lazy. Enter at your own risk

Messed up addresses with my closing of 2 properties and still figuring out property taxes last one. Seems someone is incompetent there. Have had no response to these messes from whoever owns/runs this place.
