One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I live in Anchorage and bought over the phone. After initial contact, Daniel was pleasant and very responsive.
I purchased an ATV and a handful of accessories and set a date to pick it up two weeks out. Some of the parts arrived the day before pickup. Daniel, the General Manager, and a tech all worked together to get the parts installed on the day of my arrival in Delta. I couldn’t be happier with their service. Absolutely would buy from again.

First experience with Delta buying my new sled. I ended up pleased with my purchase and the in-store service I received when picking my machine up. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They worked with me as I made last minute adjustments to my final invoice. They even loaded my sled on the trailer with a forklift to protect my new carbides from the gravel. Only complaint, I feel email communication could improve. Thank you Delta!

Gabby from the Sales team was fantastic, Tim from parts, Daniel and all Delta team members we dealt with were kind, efficient and ensured the smooth process of buying our new Snow machine. ( And most of it done with us still in Australia). We love our new Skidoo Expedition and all the gear and accessories individually collected together for us. Absolutely incredible customer serivce, fast, efficient, easy and extremely patient and helpful with the purchasing process of the new sled. I couldn't be happier now we just need a ton of snow try this bad boy out! Daniel Holbrook was hands down the best sales agent I have ever worked with 10/10 would 100% recommend Delta Powersports to anyone!

I would consider this place a best case scenario, customer experience. Daniel and Vlad were not just awesome to work with regards to the business at hand, but also fun to chat with/get to know a little as we waited on financing. All around, genuine team that leaves you feeling like you weren't just another product to move.

In summary, if you're looking for power sporting equipment and live in Alaska; make the drive.
