My laptop was on the fritz. No power, nothing! It was an older laptop so my main concern was getting my important files and pictures back. I called Data Tech and he was more than willing to get the hard drive out and put all my files on a flash drive, saving all my important data for a fair price! My husband originally dropped off our grandson’s PC at this store, where they diagnosed a bad graphics card. My daughter ordered a replacement, and once it arrived, she took it to the store. They installed it and even upgraded the PC to Windows 11 for free, which was a great surprise!
