This is a great public library. The premises are kept clean. The first floor has a very good play area for kids. Amazing collection of books for all age groups. Check out and return of books is very efficient. Great for families with kids.

My favorite place in town! It's also so calm and inviting. The coffee shop is nice, the staff are always so helpful. There are sooo many books of every genre! I especially enjoy the community puzzle that gets put out! Columbia is so lucky to have such an amazing library.

Literally my happy place. So many amazing resources and helpful staff! The kids area is so welcoming and fun. We go literally every weekend and our 2 & 4 year old boys never get bored. I honestly don't know what I would do without DBRL. I especially love that they have a breastfeeding room. It was so much better than trying to feed in a restroom when my boys were babies.

I lived in Columbia MO briefly but I hope to return to Columbia. I highly recommend coming here because it's a calming atmosphere. The staff are nice and they even have care packages for the homeless here.

I've enjoyed the library since I moved here in 2016. I utilized services during grad school. My grand children ask to go to the library. In addition, the library gives free feminine hygiene products to patrons. They have an area for the homeless to warm and cool during extreme weather! They have snacks also, and the book sale is awesome! Yeah Library Team!
