Between ages 11 to 13 I reported to them that I was getting abused All the time and I would tell my school I even showed up one day with a black eye from my mom punching me in the face. They came for an investigation didn’t do anything. And then my mom put me in Foster care and then they started talking shit about my family, which they did nothing and still continue doing nothing for kids, even though that’s the model is helping kids. I know multiple kids who was going through the same situation before I went to Foster care I am now 21 and probably The same thing is still going on

You have to have patience for sure. It's a busy place, but when life kicks you down, they are here for you, and I'm grateful.
The staff is helpful and friendly.

They did not walk me through it very easy seemed rude and I'm new to this program here and I really don't know anyone ! I don't want to apply is much rather pay for my own food I've had no income in two years or more ! I use to work in just not in the health I used to be in and my mental is not as?good as it use to be ! I have a hard time dealing with people to begin with! So they should be polite ! I'm sure they get paid well ! Seems how they only work Mondays and Wed .here in this county!

Little frustrating to wait for walk ins on Monday and Wednesday but better than trying to call any numbers listed. Best to set a telephone appointment by going in on walk in days . Application's available all week in front lobby entrance.

Unfortunately it's already a bad enough experience having to go there but when you're treated like you are bothering the one helping you there are short with you and treat you like trash because you had to go in there does not help the experience at all something needs to be done about our people in those positions who don't treat the people they are paid to help like human beings
