Came in for a simple glass replacement, left with a scratched camera lens and a lesson in how NOT to run a business. The best part? The owner acted like it was my fault and refused to fix their mistake. If you enjoy paying for extra damage and terrible customer service, this is the place for you

Brought my phone in for a simple glass replacement, but they scratched the camera lens in the process. Instead of owning up to their mistake, the owner got defensive and refused to fix it or compensate me. Unprofessional and careless—avoid this place at all costs.

Took my phone here to replace the glass, expecting a routine repair. Instead, they scratched the camera lens, making the phone nearly unusable for photos. When I pointed it out, the owner got arrogant and refused to take responsibility or offer proper compensation. If you value your device, don’t trust it in their hands.

I went to them initially because I thought I needed a power supply and they were the best price for the best product. It also helped that they were willing to install the power supply that day. Even more surprising they were not charging me to install it. However it turned out that it was not the power supply but the motherboard. They were quick, efficient, tactful, friendly and honest. They let me know due to the age of my computer it would cost more to fix then replace. They didn't even charge me for the diagnostic. Summery: I didn't get it fixed but I still left satisfied with the company. Highly recommend them to everyone and I will certainly use their store and expertise in the future. THANK YOU guys.

Nice workers. We figured out together how to file a claim for a new phone; instead of them fixing my phone that would've costed me more, when I had a warranty. So they were honest and truly bless them for that in this town. Great Job. 👍
