First time experience using Curbee as one of Tire Rack's trusted installers after going to Costco and America's Tire for years.

Communication is pretty good. They text me to schedule the service once they received my Tire Rack order. On the day of, the tire install team was running a bit late but gave me a heads up via text. No big deal since I was working from home.

Convenient. They come to me when I'm at home. Saves me time and effort from having to drive to a shop and wait.

Customer service seems pretty good. During the install, Damien (shout out to you bro) was very transparent. Halfway through the install, the battery in their van ran out of juice so they weren't able to finish the entire job. Wasn't their fault - they came back a few days later once their vans were in order and finished the job. They made sure they were balanced and gave me a few minutes to drive around the block to make sure it felt good.

I would personally use their service again and see how it goes the next time around. This is not for everyone but the convenience factor is a plus!

I found Curbee through an ad on Google Search, and although I was a bit hesitant at first, they had good reviews and next-day appointments for Sunday morning, which is unheard of for auto servicing providers. The crew arrived a few minutes after the scheduled time (still pretty good for auto servicing, which is notorious for delays) and finished both an oil change and brake fluid flush for my car in a little bit over 1 hour. Pretty amazing compared to brick and mortar places like Goodyear, which typically requires you to leave the car with them for 3-4 hours. If they can keep up the customer service and punctuality, they've gotten a customer for life!

I never write reviews but I felt compelled to because I had such a wonderful first experience with Curbee. I literally know nothing about the inner workings of my car but everyone I interacted with was so kind and patient. They came to my house and fixed my car right in the driveway. It was so easy, so seamless and most importantly their prices are EXTREMELY REASONABLE. Curbee is the best! I requested the battery replacement and the team was awesome! Ryan was very responsive and Adrian was on time and very efficient. As you know, it is very hard to find the right people who know what they are doing and don't overcharge. Believe me, I checked several auto shops and Curbee is the one you can trust! Now I know who to contact if I have an issue with my car and need urgent help.

Wow! I used Curbee for the first time for a battery service and this definitely won't be my last! Booking online was a breeze, their
phone service was friendly and helpful, the in-person service was amazing! They were a couple minutes early to the appointment

My first time using Curbee, I was skeptical and they proved me wrong. My car battery went out and I booked the battery service thru Curbee's app for next day's appointment. The app experience was great and clear. I like the fact that I can see exactly how much it costs, book the time that works for me (i work from home) and they come at the exact time.

I worked with Kevin, a very kind human being. He called before he arrived. I gave him the key, I went back to the house to work, and my battery was replaced and even got a vehicle check within 20 mins. Everything was easy and fast!

It saves me so much time than taking the car to the dealership or to the car maintenance places. Thank you, will definately use the service again.
