The "owner" Dewayne Holloway is extremely rude. Had an appointment to get my daughters screen fixed through our insurance. They did not have the part, ok. He was immediately on the defensive and rude. He asked if I wanted to reschedule, I attempted to ask what was going to be done different next time to ensure I don't drive an hour for nothing but was unable to ask the question because he kept interrupting me. I asked to speak with someone else as he was clearly agitated and unable to calmly listen to a question so it could be answered and he replied "I'm the owner" and refused to get another employee for me to ask my question. As this was set up through the insurance they had all my contact information and knew the parts needed. I feel it good customer service to notify customers if you do not have the part necessary if they have scheduled an appointment prior to them arriving. He also told me I was wrong for saying I didn't want to drive an hour out of my way again for nothing. Horrible customer service, should have gotten the other employee when asked, just wanted a simple question answered, wasn't wanting to complain at all. He also stated he'd be waiting to read my negative review when I hadn't said anything about giving a review. Absolutely awful attitude. Also if you read his responses to negative reviews he comes off just as rude as he was in person. His negative Google review responses give a completely accurate depiction of his customer service. Also careful if scheduling repair service through your phone insurance as this place lists they have the parts when they actually do not, I learned this through my insurance company as they informed me I would only been able see the place to schedule repair if they list they have the parts

My son picked up my working iPod to take and get the screen repaired. The battery had died before he dropped it off. The company said that when they charged it, "it had lines going through it" and would not power on. Instead of calling to discuss, they tried to replace the screen on a iPod they SAY had a broken motherboard. Why try to fix a screen on something that won't power on? They had the iPod for two weeks and we never received a call to discuss. Only advised of the issue when we called to see if it was ready. Probably because it did work and they broke it. That's my thoughts. Then charge me $50 to pick up my damaged property? Nice. Definitely do not recommend.

Reply to owner: The iPod worked prior to being in your care. The battery may have died but that happens when it isn't charged. I have used it with the screen like it was for TWO YEARS. The battery has died multiple times within that two years and charged up and turned on for TWO YEARS. It was only taken to you so the screen could be replaced. PERIOD. If I would have known it would be broken iPod when I picked it up with a new screen I would have just kept using it as is because it still worked. Fixing the screen was his Christmas gift to me. If you receive an item and your only job is to FIX THE SCREEN, and you charge it and it is not working I highly suggest contacting the person who dropped it off BEFORE attempting to replace the screen to see if they still want the work done. It makes sense doesn't it? My son called for status on the iPod. You did not call him. But I will double check that. I'm sure you guys do great work most of the time. You have a great rating which is why I chose you but I just didn't have a 5 star experience. And "screamed" is laughable and extremely dramatic. I'm sorry if his feelings are hurt because I am upset at his work but... Screamed? ... Not even close. I've never "screamed" at a customer service person in my life. I said he can keep the thing he broke and he said "we can recycle it for you, sure" and I said yeah go ahead. 🙄

Edit 2: Your employee never contacted my son. He spoke to the man he dropped it off with and was quoted a price and TWO WEEKS LATER AFTER ZERO CONTACT, my son called to see if it was ready and was told it was not repairable and we needed to pay $50.00. If he had numerous discussions with my son i would love to see the phone records as proof.

I was on vacation near Pigeon Forge when my Iphone 8 Plus' battery gave out. Did extensive testing to make sure I was positive that my phone was the problem before checking on my laptop for places to get it repaired.

I borrowed a phone to call beforehand and the employee on the phone clarified that they not only were capable of replacing the battery but that they were capable of doing so WITHIN THE HOUR. I was skeptical but they worked fast and assisted with some other problems I was having with my phone. Top marks, really do recommend this place for people who need fast service from honest, helpful staff!

Never have I broke a phone in 15 years but I guess 1 every 15 years is okay. The owner is actually who took care of my phone repair. Had some call outs and stuff with employees going on but got my phone done in 3 hours. Very much worth the money. And happy with the results. I’m the type of person to put a screen protector and case on my phone out the box so when I broke the back glass I had a heart attack but they have options to make your phone good as new. Would give a definite 0 if I could. We brought our iPhone 14 Pro Max in to have the back housing replaced and the phone was in still great working condition before we took it to them, just the glass on the back was cracked. Upon receiving the phone the bottom half of the front screen wasn’t working and the guy named Alec was just oblivious to the fact that it wasn’t and said he didn’t to anything to cause that, but it was working before we brought it to him. Would definitely not go to this place to repair anything.

Overall Great Experience! I shattered my screen due to my negligence on a Thursday night around 10pm, setup appointment online for next morning at 11am. Dropped off phone, was fixed hours later. Staff is very kind and takes pride in their service to customers, Thanks Eric!

**Aftercare** Phone did have issue after 2 weeks after fixing, screen flashed some, then just went black. Dropped it back off, and was fixed 1 hr later (screw came off cable inside)

Drove an hour and 20 one way as this was the closest cell phone repair place near me. I was not disappointed. Josh was very nice and understanding and helped me get to the root of the issue. I highly recommend this shop.
