Took my phone in for a cracked lens cover and was helped right away. Fixed within 20 minutes and was told if I noticed any spot or blur to bring it back. After using the camera again, it wasn’t focusing correctly on one setting so I went back and they fixed it with no extra charge and were so helpful! It’s working great! Very prompt and knowledgeable

I hadn't been able to connect a charging cable for a while despite cleaning the port as best I could, so I was convinced it needed a new port. I took it in, and in about two minutes they cleaned the port better than I was able to and it worked flawlessly - they could easily have just sold me the port I was convinced it needed. I did have them install a new battery (in part because I felt like they should get some business from me for their honesty and good service), and it was inexpensive, fast, and easy.

I would definitely recommend Cell Phone Repair! We went in for information on a screen repair, he gave us a quote and said he’d have it done in an hour. He got it done in about 30 minutes and we were charged exactly what he said it would be. My son‘s phone looks brand new and we are very happy.

My screen on mty iPhone XR was finally so broken the screen was half blacked out and no picture. I ordered refurbished replacement phones elsewhere but before they would arrive I needed to do something. I took the chance and went to CPR repair and they put a NEW Screen in my phone for a very reasonable price and within one hour! EXCELLENT! The tech was supportive and informative. Im going to get my even older phone charging port repaired too!

This is a high integrity store. They have always been able to fix my horribly destroyed phones. Miracle workers seemingly.

On two occasions now have been problems with my phone that they could have sold me additional parts for and instead have the integrity to go back in and fix minor issues. The first time the charging port still wouldn't work and instead of selling me new parts that are pretty expensive he admitted there was just a connection problem and fixed it.

The second time which was the reason for this post was they could have replaced very expensive rear cameras because my camera app would not work on my Android, instead he noticed the connection wasn't quite there and resolved that without having to replace the back cameras. They could have made pretty decent money by just replacing it anyway or not even trying to find the source of the problem without replacing it. Instead they took the time to verify the problem following excellent troubleshooting steps and doing the right thing.

I feel like shops often will do unnecessary work but this place has high integrity. I would trust this place for my cell phone repair and if the bill was small I would know why and if a bill was high I would trust that it's an appropriate charge.

Most of my reviews are critical because most places suck nowadays. But I don't mind and actually enjoy posting a good review when a place deserves it. You can guarantee that my reviews will be a real assessment of what an experience with the store is. I don't pull any punches. I have high expectations and this store met them.

Cracked my Pixel 7a at work the other day. They were able to order the part and replace the screen within a couple days which was excellent! They even calibrated the screen so I didn't have issues with fingerprints not working.
