Easy online upload and ordering. Super fast turn around. Very personal service. I had a rush order for Christmas and they made sure I had it on time. The photos were printed on metallic paper and the client was blown away with the quality. The attached snapshot doesn't do them justice. *I put them in the paper frames that I provided myself.

I hate to give this review, but this is the second time I've been burned by CPQ. Fortunately this time it was only for a few dollars. I ordered 3 small prints online for a total of six dollars and some change. The transaction went through without a hitch. They called me the next day to clarify the shipping address since an old address was still on my account and we got that straightened out. The next day I received an email that the order was ready to ship. In the middle of the night last night I got an email saying that they had charged me $12.50 and that it had something to do with shipping, which was supposed to have been free. I called to see what was going on and was then informed that they have a $12.50 minimum order so they had charged me the minimum. I'm not so cheap that I'm bothered by the minimum payment. I'm bothered because, in my opinion, if there is a minimum allowable order their website should not have allowed me to place an order below the minimum amount. ANother thing I didn't appreciate was the gruff nature of the "customer service rep" when she told me that they would refund the difference "THIS TIME", but in the future I would have to order at least the minimum. She seemed surprised when I said I thought the website should be set up to catch this issue. I told her to not issue the refund and that I would find someone else to fulfill my print needs from now on, and she said fine. She was still talking when I hung up. To clarify, the issue here is not $6, the issue is the way things were handled once I questioned their setup. They do a fine job of printing pictures, but not a good job of making their ordering process simple and understandable.

I'll never stop bragging about them! ive only ordered from them maybe 7-10 times but everytime is a better experience than last. i was having issues with my mac os running their software. the guy walked me step by step for almost 20 min making sure it worked before he got off the phone. its exceptionally rare that anyone even uses mac (in my experience anyways) much less able to sit there and walk me through the ENTIRE process of fixing something. When I did order my prints (around 1 or 2 pm I think) I received a notification later that same day it was already shipped out. with 5-7 day shipping, I GOT IT THE NEXT DAY. and the quality is OUTSTANDING!! I hope this review helps any one that may have a doubt, no matter where i live (tennessee now, before in ohio) that i will ALWAYS use them!

This is a great professional lab. They have awesome customer service and a really good turn around. Prints always have proper color. Being in the industry for 40 yrs, I highly recommend this lab.
