This store is an extension of their labyrinth that is designed to confuse and ultimately keep people from receiving the customer service they deserve. I never leave reviews, and the lady in here was nice enough. But the fact that she isn’t authorized to make the decision to credit me for a full 6 weeks with no service due to the companies negligence is beyond me. Cox is a joke, and their phone service is even worse. I was hung up on three times, and the last girl tried to explain to me I should be happy with my partial credit because it was free money. Do not do business with this company if you can avoid it, which will be difficult because they basically have a monopoly on internet service in many areas.

Worst internet service ever! I am constantly getting kicked off line multiple times a day. Even after a technician came and changed the lines and we got a new modem. Still having issues. I am going to school online, and this is very frustrating to be knocked off right in the middle of a test.

Cox service is horrible, three times my box has gone off in the last three months for what ever reason but cox charges 75dlls to hve a technician come and fix,why should we pay 75 dollars when it's not our fault the box or cable goes off when ur watching TV, I'm getting ready to disconnect my cable it that bad!!! I been with out cable since Saturday was watching TV and it just turned off got a new box Tuesday and still no cable !!

Cox has THE WORST internet service. I'm constantly having connectivity issues and my devices lag and drop. The customer service is great, but not the internet service or TV. Its difficult to stream when the internet is constantly dropping.

Cox communications is probably the worst company for TV and internet in this region. Ever since they switched to digital channels things got worst. You could be watching TV and all of a sudden the channel loses signal. The worst part of it is that you can call to complain or find a solution and nothing happens.
