My wife and I attended Covenant from 2002-2005. It was a transformative experience. I didn't realize it at the time, but prior to my education at CTS, my Christian life was decidedly legalistic. The professors at CTS, in both their content, tone, and relationships, ministered the truth that we're justified and sanctified by grace. I also didn't recognize it at the time, but I was proud, insubordinate, and immature. The professors at Covenant treated me with courtesy and patience. I can name five professors who on specific occasions responded to my disrespect with kindness. Lastly, CTS has a scholarship which allows spouses to take classes for free. While I earned my MDiv, my wife earned her MATS at no cost. We grew in Christ and grew together at the same time. I can't recommend CTS in higher terms. There is so much more I could say about the quality of the community and the caliber of the instruction. Since my graduation in 2005, I've served as a minister in suburban Washington, DC.

This M Div. mill is full of Kellerite theology and churns out graduates that teach unending grace with no consequences. I am a deacon in the PCA and I will NEVER approve the pastoral salary of ANY CTS grad.

Wonderful place to study for those who want to serve Christ’s Church. Covenant puts great emphasis in academics, but also on community. I would highly recommend studying at this Seminary.

As an alumna, two strengths of this seminary are sound education and close, supportive community.
As someone who lived in the area, the library is open to the public and is a great place to look up and study resources in a quiet place.
