Absolutely horrible customer service and a horrible store. Do not shop here. If you have something to return, you won’t see your money I bought a key fob here to be programmed which they bragged. They could do at a much cheaper price than a dealership. The kid goes out there to try to do it and can’t figure it out and can’t get it done then they refunded me $280 on my card and I still haven’t seen the money hit my bank account. It’s been five Days.

I had a really great experience here! I live in St Louis City but was out at my country property and needed to make a copy of a key. I ended up spending some extra money because they had great deals in the clearance bin.

The lady who helped me make a copy of my key was very helpful. While I was there, I picked up a couple of other things. Even the checkout process was pleasant. The young man smiled and thanked me for coming in. Had a whole different feel than the big box stores.

Staff is very helpful. This location has just about everything you could possibly need. I travel to do commercial remodels and found this location to be one of the most helpful and well stocked stores I’ve ran into.
