I have worked with Kabe and the crew at Cornerstone Computers for 8 years now. Kabe is an excellent IT guy, he has rescued me out of many sticky IT issues. The crew at the shop are also very helpful and timely in getting computer repairs done and back to me in a timely manner. I truly appreciate Cornerstone Computers and what they do for me and my business! I highly recommend them for personal and business needs.

I had an issue with my laptop that I trusted Cornerstone to diagnose. Unfortunately, they weren't able to pinpoint the issue due to the way the computer was built and not having a speciality tool.

However, Mikey provided excellent service by listening to my description of the issue, thoroughly communicating why the issue could not be diagnosed, and providing options moving forward.

I would not hesitate to bring another one of my machines to Cornerstone as they have demonstrated honesty, integrity, and superb customer service.

Mikey was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He was thorough and honest about the condition of my laptop. I wasn't charged for anything even though he installed a graphics card on a desktop. I would definitely recommend this shop

The gentleman working there the day I went in was extremely kind. Lovely little shop that offers not only custom computers, but has parts also for sale. Will be trying out their repair service if I ever have any computer problems.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCE! I would never ever go back to them for device repair or anything for that matter. Took my computer to get repaired and it was completely ruined. It doesn’t work at all anymore and it worked before these guys got their unskilled hands on it. I regret going to them and worse even I was insanely over charged. Spent hundreds of dollars to have my laptop destroyed. I really hope this reaches any potential customers so that they can steer clear of this awful business!

Best computer repair experience I've had! I went in to have them take a look at my desktop and Mikey, who helped me out, was very patient and dedicated to understanding what was going on with my machine. I left my desktop with him on Monday for a system configuration error I had no idea how to deal with. Mikey got it back to me after a few days in perfect working order. Turns out he just needed to reinstall Windows 10 on it for me. Fortunately, I had my important files backed up to a cloud storage so all the data lost by reinstalling the OS was easily recoverable. Happy to have my PC setup back in action as I'm leaving this review from it! Thank you for the swift and comprehensive care!

We are so blessed to have Cornerstone Computers in our community! I had to stop by on a work emergency as my computer was glitching and I was on a deadline. Silas greeted me with the warm and had my computer up and running in just five minutes. Silas knew how to go through all the steps to get my programs operational and had me out the door with a working computer in a flash. Hopefully I will not be visiting again soon, but I will certainly recommend anyone else who needs assistance! Friendly staff, great location, and wonderful service.
