The craftsmanship of the controllers are exquisite and are second to none coupled with exceptional customer service. Purchased two at fan expo and although arguably the prices are premium, the attention to detail warrants the price point. Would buy again.

Me and my dad bought 2 fallout 4 controllers, amazing custom artwork, doesn't come off no need to worry about the paint job being whipped off when you play. Amazing selection, recommend anyone to buy one of these the price is worth it

Absolutely gorgeous custom paint for controllers and really meticulously executed. Also the controllers have a clear coat on keep them safe from general wear and tear.

Battery compartment is painted separately and everything is perfectly functional!

They lie about how long your controller is going to take, my controller has been waiting for shipping since August after I ordered it in April. Not to mention I've been waiting 2 actual years for joysticks. You will never get anything you order.

Calling them is damn near impossible too, you'll find yourself first or second in line with no answer from them, and they just make up the condition of your controller, either it's about to be shipped for an entire month, or it's being tested again or they dropped it and it needs a new shell. They give you no proof and refuse to give proof for the condition of your order. They used to be good, don't look at reviews from 2020, look and modern reviews and you'll see how bad it has become...
