I was looking for a 10G dual power connection plug for a simple project. I assumed Menards or Home Depot would have it. When I found out they didn't, I continued my search including auto parts stores, fleet farm and a few more places, but when I was approached by an employee from one of the places, he asked me what I was looking for. When I described my project and the need for a connector that accepts 10G Wire and lots of Amps, he couldn't find anything but said he had an idea...he said I should just go bigger because they had 22G wires and accessories and that would solve everything. REALLY? The guy working in the electrical department didn't know 10G wire is bigger that 22G wire? WTF?
So I went to Control Concepts Technology next. They immediately knew what I was talking about but didn't have the one thing I needed in stock. Instead of just letting me walk out, the guy who was helping me went out of his way and called his personal friend who he thought may have one. His friend didn't answer but that didn't end my great experience at CCT. He emailed him, and called again while I snacked on some chocolates they had on the counter. Then the employee asked for my name and number and told me that when his friend got back to him he would text me the details about acquiring what I needed.
Less than an hour later I got a texted that provided me with options and information to get what I needed. The staff was more focused on helping me accomplish my task than all the other places I went to together. The employees at CCT are so focused on helping their customers even if it means redirecting them to another place.
My experience was AWESOME and wish more companies would provide the kind of customer service they provided for me. If you have an electrical project and need anything...start at CCT! They are the best!

Should you need anything in hoses, tubing and fittings this is the place to go. Need a custom hose? No problem, tell them or show them what you need and they will make it up for you......and quickly.
