I have a car loan through this bank and lord I wish I didn’t. My family has fallen on hard times this year I have tried to apply for the hardship program they have 3 separate times to help lower monthly payments.so I could work getting bills paid down and off. I have been denied all three times because I don’t have enough income which is ridiculous in my opinion why else would I need a hardship. If I had enough to go around I wouldn’t need a hardship in the first place.

Do not bank here. I have had multiple letters informing me of data breaches since being at this cu. I also had someone else's bank account information sent to my house. It had all of their information on it. I called to inform them and they asked that I just "throw it away" with no proof that I actually did. After that breach, I ended my account there. Do not trust this credit union.

The Customer Service at this location is Outstanding. I was able to get help with withdrawing money from my account and assistance with my debit card that I left in the ATM machine. They are very polite and knowledgeable. This is the best place to put your money!

This is one credit Union I would recommend. I have been going there for a long time. All the employees are professional, friendly, and courteous. They go out of their way to help out and answer the customers questions.

Was approved for a large purchase of CDs. They later decided to decline my application and never inform me. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional behavior. Don't trust these people with your money.
