You can see the other stellar endorsements for the customer service below/above and I can confirm they are all true! Omar took me in as a first time buyer and made my first PC buying process, simple, understandable, and affordable. It was an ideal, intimate small business experience that all companies should hope to emulate. Nobody does that anymore, thanks Computer World HB team! Also has the best location!

I was visiting California and forgot my laptop cord. Omar was incredibly helpful and assured me that he would find the right cord for me. When I arrived, he helped me locate the correct charger and patiently stayed with me to ensure it worked properly. Thank you so much for the exceptional service!

AWFUL service. I paid $400 to get my MacBook screen replaced and a couple months later, after barely using my computer and being extra careful with it (because I didn't want it to break and have to pay another $400), one of the connectors stopped working past a 45 degree angle so I can barely open my screen. I took it in and they said that it is a wear and tear issue, which means that they messed something up during the new screen installation because wear and tear issues don't happen that fast, and I know for a fact I didn't do anything to damage it. Then they told me that their technician didn't work with them anymore. They took down my info and said they would call me when they got a new technician. I called a multitude of times when they were open and they didn't answer a single call (probably because they had my number and didn't want to fix their mistake for free). I went in 4 more times over the period of 2 months and had to have my mom and girlfriend call to see if they had a new technician because I couldn't get ahold of them. They told both of them that they had a new technician who was available and to come in with their "broken computer screens," the same issue I was having. I went back in after they told my mom their technician was not busy and would be available at 2. I asked for their technician and he conveniently wasn't in. I then spoke to the same guy I spoke to the last 5 times and he said that the technician "doesn't do Apple products," which is ridiculous. He then tried to blame the situation on me and said that they could not help me, even though the whole thing is their fault. TAKE YOUR SERVICE ELSEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!

Omar at Computer World HB is friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to the computers he sells. I first went to this store to repair my daughter’s laptop and unfortunately it was beyond repair. Omar did offer a few options that are comparable in specs, and he does not try to up sell you on a computer that is not needed. Their prices are below other stores and even Amazon in my case which is a win in my book. He offers warranties on the products he sells, which is another win. I will be back whenever I need a new computer for sure and will recommend this store to my friends or family. So, if you’re in need of a computer you need to go see Omar. If you’re in the market for a custom-built rig, Omar is your guy. His computers are beautifully assembled, and his wire management is on point.

Omar is a smart guy, running a local small business. Some may have had a bad experience but I’ve had a good experience. Had a small issue with a computer charger, he sorted it out and I’m out. Thanks Omar!

Omar and Mark they sold me a computer for $1350 and it died after half a year, when I contacted them they said they would help me, but then they offered a loan for half the cost of this computer, in order to get my money back I agreed to take a new computer from them to pay them $1300 more , but after two days I changed my mind and wanted to return this computer, but they refused me. My friends who are reading this review do not fall for the scam, buy all this from Best Buy and be happy these guys were nice at first, but when it comes to serious stuff they act like rats running from a drowning boat,ignore calls all the time, don't contact them and don't buy computers from them. -100stars

I went looking for a used computer to setup for my Dad and discovered Computer World HB. Omar helped me pick out a used iMac in great condition for a good price. He also took time to show me how I can setup guest accounts etc. I really enjoyed speaking with Omar about the company and how they have grown in just 5 years. I will be referring others to this great computer store.

After several days of not hearing from him I was called and informed by OMAR that I could pick my computer up from the shop I went immediately being as it was outside of store hours and he had just threatened to throw it in the garbage, came to find he had left it outside where it could have easily been stolen. OMAR is both a bad person and a crook take your business elsewhere.
There is an engineer who is there only on mondays it seems his name is Moe and he is a fantastic person only OMAR is bad
