Computer Systems Plus has become a valued business partner for me and the company for which I work. CSP was recommended to me via a friend and I thank that friend often for the recommendation. Rob and Amber did a great job answering our questions and showing us what CSP could do for us if we were to partner with them. They have not disaapointed and have delivered on everything that they said they would do for us. They did a great job of listening and understanding where our company was currently with our IT needs and then helped me put a plan together to meet our future needs as the company grows and expands.

Then came the hard part. That was to actually put action to the plan and this is where Jamie came in. Jamie has been phenomenal to work with and seems to have an answer for everything I throw at him. He is very responsive, competent and has always been professional to deal with. I highly recommend CSP; give them a try as you will not be disappointed.

I wish I had found them sooner. By the time I contacted Computer Systems Plus I had spent two very stressful weeks trying to get our office up and running. We had several computer & network issues preventing us from running daily operations. I spent hours on the phone with several IT companies and software technical support for the programs we use in our office. Nothing was working.
I contacted Computer Systems Plus and explained the problems I was having. The very next morning they sent out their technician Jamie. Within minutes he had one problem fixed and was on to the next. He had our office running smoothly in no time. I was very impressed with Jamie and his ability to fix software problems that two weeks of specialized customer support couldn’t fix. I couldn’t believe I had spent the last 2 weeks going in circles and driving myself crazy. It took Jamie only an hour or so to resolve everything. It was so nice to make one call and have someone knowledgeable enough to fix all of our issues while I sat back stress free. He even explained what the problems were and how to avoid them going forward. If you are tired of being put on hold by customer support or dealing with IT companies that don’t understand the urgency to have operational computer systems for your business, this is the company for you.
