In May 2019 I purchased an Ubiquiti 8 port switch (us-8-150w)from this seller, or so I thought. But he shipped me a Sangoma session border controller.

I had to take an extended trip outside the US so wasn’t around to check it when the package arrived, and I just got home a few days before Xmas. I realize I have no legal recourse , so probably my loss,

I called them and the answer I got was tough luck you didn’t catch it in time.

This company has no integrity, stay clear of them.
