Glad to know there is an option other than the jerk squad at Best Buy… Great place to do business. I have purchased a PC from here that was built for gaming. Works great and very affordable. I have also had my laptop and PC worked on in the past and she does a great job. I will always use her for future purchases and repairs. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Kind, smart and effective help, for a problem I think few would engage. My fifth grader wanted to upgrade his gaming device from chromebook to PC, preserving his year of progress in a favorite game, and the social contacts involved. I started with help from a bigger store, whose staff did their sincere best, but couldn’t figure out nor search up a solution to transplant the essential data intact and functioning. Ms Tia and her assistant figured it out, with respect and humor for my son, made him very happy. All ten of my thumbs up!

Rebuilt my gaming PC, new motherboard, the works. Fair pricing, and they offered to stay open a few minutes past closing on Friday so I could come pick it up. Wasn't necessary as I made it on time but I thought that was a really nice gesture.
