Had problems with older laptop (would not finish booting and extremely slow.) He managed to fix the problems and made it much better at a reasonable cost. He did not increase cost even though repair required some extra work. Highly recommend!

I took my PC in to have thermal paste put in the CPU because I thought it had an over heating problem. He took my pc apart and seen the power supply was backwards. He put thermal paste on and turned the power supply around and only charged $35. Super friendly and nice guy.

I have done business with Logan 2 times now. One being a simple fix(simple to him not to me) and the second being a full blown custom built computer. He is very easy to work with. I gave him a budget and he provided me with PHENOMENAL specs for a PHENOMENAL price. I’ve also had trouble in the past with drivers and he can remote right in to the computer and fix the issue. I recommend anyone in the Cleveland/chattanooga or surrounding areas to computer helper. He will not disappoint you with the service nor the price. Will forever have my business.

Logan did a wonderful job replacing the screen on my MacBook Pro. The screen had been damaged for a long time and I was just dealing with only seeing 2/3 of it because I knew it would be an expensive repair. I ran across this shop and chose it due to their many years of experience and high reviews in the Cleveland area. He was very reasonable with his price and worked hard to find me the best deal. He had it finished in 24hrs so I could have it back for work. It looks and works great!

I totally recommend "Computer Helper" with Logan. I had a Dell laptop that was completely lock up, Logan was able to get it running and saved ALL my important data. He also switched out the hard-drive for an SSD and increased the ram, it's now like a new computer very fast. Thank you very much Logan, like I said I will bring you another to update as well.
